1. Lessons are confirmed once payment is received using the online reservation system.
2. Once confirmed, lessons are non-refundable, transferable, or creditable.
3. At least 24 hrs advanced notice is required to cancel or reschedule lessons online, otherwise the lesson is considered complete.
4. Rescheduling of tennis lessons is dependent on time slot availability and can not be guaranteed.
5. Packages purchased within a term must be completed in the term, otherwise they expire.
6. Participants are asked to embrace our core values of fun, fitness, and learning to help create a positive experience for all. We reserve the right to remove a participate without compensation should they act contrary to our core values.
