Weather Policy
Cancellations due to inclement weather will be SENT BY EMAIL with as much advanced notice as possible. Lessons cancelled during 30 minutes of play due to inclement weather will be credited and can be rescheduled using the online booking system. Past 30 minutes of play lessons are considered complete.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Lessons are confirmed upon payment.
  2. Once confirmed, lessons are non-refundable or transferable.
  3. TLI requires 24 hrs advanced notice for lesson cancellation, otherwise the lesson is considered complete.
  4. Lessons cancelled with 24 hrs advance notice or due to inclement weather conditions will be credited and can be rescheduled using the online booking system.
  5. Lesson rescheduling is dependent on time slot availability and can not be guaranteed.
  6. All lessons for the 2010 season must be completed on or before September 24, 2010.
  7. A lesson cancelled and credited due to inclement weather conditions MUST be rescheduled within 14 days.
